Join us as a: Power BI Developer

In this role you’ll get to:

• Understand business requirements in the PowerBI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data modules
• Development and administration of existing PowerBI Dashboards
• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
• Experience in the maintenance of BI tools
• Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
• Data warehouse development and work with the DBA & Development Team
• Create and maintain technical design documentation
• Deploy, configure, and manage Azure ETL resources
• Work with Azure admin console for resource management

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including 3 years of recent experience in Power BI development
• A track record in delivering BI dashboards and insights
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud
• Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modeling, database
• Excellent self-starting and time/project management skills and the ability to operate in a flexible and changing environment
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple disciplines to understand their data requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate working in cooperating with finance and the wider business to identify reporting gaps and develop high-quality analytics
